Open to those facing serious or advancing illness, our Coping with Fatigue group sessions aim to support people to continue doing the activities they enjoy whilst dealing with fatigue.

Session Dates and Time:

Tuesday 7 February - 13.30 - 14.30

Tuesday 14 February - 13.30 - 14.30

Tuesday 21 February - 13.30 - 14.30

Tuesday 28 February - 13.30 - 14.30

It is recommended that you sign up for and attend all the sessions available as they each one functions best as part of a series.

These sessions provide for small groups, working with people living with a serious or terminal illness to navigate the effects of fatigue whilst continuing to do what they enjoy. They are spaces of peer support and learning, where attendees encourage each other and work together on individual strategies.
