Interfaith Week is all about building good relationships and working partnerships between people of different faiths and beliefs. To celebrate this, on Wednesday 14 November we’d like to invite you to Harlington Hospice to learn more about our work and the care we provide to people with life-limiting illness throughout the London Borough of Hillingdon.

There will be an opportunity to hear from Councillor John Morgan, His Worship the Mayor of Hillingdon as well as our patients, practitioners and staff who will talk about the care we provide, how this makes a difference to those living with life-limiting illness and how the support we provide to their families and carers provides a lifeline at a difficult time in their lives.

We will also share more details about our plans to build a new 20-bed in patient hospice unit here at Harlington and understand more about the role that faith leaders can play in providing care.

During the evening we’d also like to learn from our guests about the role faith communities can play in supporting End of Life care in the borough and how our services can be strengthened for all communities.
